the things we learn from each other
From The Daily Star today:
Reform and Change parliamentary bloc MP Abbas Hashem issued a statement on Friday dismissing claims that he was buying plots of land in Lebanon "for the sake of the Shiites."
Now where have I heard something like that before?
From the World Tribune, February 13:
"Bahrain has launched an effort to block an Iranian takeover of the Gulf Arab kingdom.
Officials have drafted a series of regulations meant to prevent Iranian agents from spreading Teheran's influence in the Gulf Cooperation Council state.
They said the regulations were designed to block Iran from purchasing property through Shi'ite supporters in Bahrain."
Laugh, cry, throw a shoe at someone, what's a girl to do?
